COPECK (“the App”) is developed as a tool for a badminton coach to manage their students and send notifications. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us.

The App only collects information that you directly provide when registering or being added as a student. This includes:

• Gender
• Email address
• Phone number
• Residential address

No additional data is collected automatically by the App.

The information you provide is used solely for:

• Maintaining student records for the coach
• Sending notifications related to coaching activities
• Improving communication between coach and students

We do not use your data for advertising, marketing, or any other third-party purposes.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is securely stored in our database (Google Firebase). We take reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal information.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties. Data is only accessible to the coach/admin managing the App.

Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for students registering with their coach. If you are under the age of 18, please use the App under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
